No Sugar (refined and processed) Diet for 14 day

I will embark on this personal health journey in order to rid my diet of temporal cravings. The plan is to cut down gradually my sugar intake (including carbs) from full 1 cup to half serving to probably lesser as the 2 week arrives.

The thing now is – how would I plan my meal on a daily basis so I will not succumb to the quick fix remedy.

The result? It worked!
