3. Dinner – banana, vegetable rice,
4. Snacks – chips, peanut butter sandwich.
Day 6
1. Breakfast-beehoon, tofu and eggplant
2. Lunch – belgian waffles/banana
3. Dinner – pumpkin, stringbeans, rice,
4. Snack-chili chips and 2 sports drink

C. Dinner
1. Liver concoction!
Day 4
1. Breakfast – liver cleansing formula juice (spinach, apple, orange)
2. Lunch – subway sandwich
3. Dinner – spaghetti and liver cleansing juice/formula (spinach, apple, orange)
